The card business is there and contingent upon the site opening and functioning properly. A right-minded company with vision and on the contingency of site completion will agree to purchase/endorse the card. They may not jump on the ship but they will buy a ticket open dated for the day it sails. The site may not be done but we know it exists. When the final repair work is completed this initial vital cog in the grand plan of TSIG is publicly operational, the ship will leave port in route to pick up many important passengers. I don't want the ship to leave port without me. Standing by for cast-off Bob
