SS - Forward the e-mail and the attachment to your AOL (if ver 4.0) e-mail address, then open it from there. MINE files that I have received in the past have opened automatically under AOL 4.0, it recognizes it as a MIME file and knows what to do w/ it.

Good luck - especially when that damn window pops up that asks "what program do you want to use to open this file?" If you try different programs to try and open the file, remove the checkmark that says "use this program to open this type of file in the future." If you don't remove the checkmark, your PC will stubbornly attach this info/program as a permanent reference.

Last option, call Jeff and ask him what program you can use to read the file -- what program did he create it with??

Good Luck
