Without Reading the Annual Report I can tell you this is a SCAM STOCK! I have heard about the financing for a number of months. A few weeks ago IR called and told me about a conference call and that really really big new will be released (i.e. the financing is secured). I never received a call about the conference being cancelled. Once again another hype call from TTRIF. I have never seen a company that has had as many IR people working the phone as TTRIF. You have to ask yourself why do they have so many IR people -- to make up for the lack of fundamentals. I thought we were going to be profitable now. According to TTRIF profitability excludes depreciation, amortization and overhead at corporate. I guess this company is rewriting accounting. What a joke this company is! Talk about dilution. This company is amazing. The company is quoted as saying no more Regulation S, a few days later the company undertakes a Regulation D. How much more dilution? Rene is the worst business manager I have seen! At one time he told me he would move aside if someone else could run the business better -- That should not be hard to do! Looking for the reverse stock split. Looking forward to the SEC investigation. Looking forward to seeing Rene in Jail. Why waste your time in this stock. I sold at 1 1/2. Anyone else who held is a sucker -- the writing has been on the wall!!!! RAP
