JP - quick response to the "don't need a major" remark. I would actually tend to agree with that assessment, certainly at this point. They do not require a $50M infusion or the bank leverage a major would bring. They do not require the addition of mine operations experts (they don't have a mine yet) so I don't see what the major would add at this point.

Just my perspective (at the moment).
