[before we do any "voting" on anything]

The voting is just a legal formality, and your vote means nothing.

As the original poster mentioned, Jimmy Chin and his mother already own the majority of shares, and they can simply out vote you (1 vote per share) and do whatever the hell they want, even if it is not in your best interests.

I should also mention that macker just e-mailed me.

He is trying to honor our bet and asked me for my mailing address to send the money to. (I told him to wait until October 1.) He was tossed off SI for something he said to Little Engine.

I agree.

New investors sometimes get confused by the the terms: Authorized shares and Issued/Outstanding Shares.

Authorized shares is the maximum amount of shares it states in the corporation's charter that a company could elect to print and issue if they wanted to.

Issued/Outstanding are the amount of shares the company actually ends out printing.

DGIV has only printed about 19 million shares.

If you want to see why DGIV is taking the correct route by selling
IP Telephony overseas rather than domestic...look at:
telcom-mlm.com

The competition domestically is simply pricing normal phone calls (non-IP calls) cheaper and cheaper.

Overseas profit margins is where it is at.
