Stockman - Re: " Would Alan Greenspan be considered to be LYING and WIGGLING around when he testifies before congress."

What do you think?

Greenspan generally talks about the future and speculates about various scenarios that may or may not develop. Not being a fortune-teller, Greenspan generally avoids making specific predictions of the future, indeed giving himself FUTURE wiggle room.

I don't recall Greenspan "wiggling" or "lying" about past events - facts that already have happened. Nor do I recall Greenspan attempting to re-define words to make past actions appear to have "unhappened".
