It's the former: scrap prices as culprit is the best of the worst possibilities. It does not follow that therefore the worst possibilities are MORE possible. Just because scrap prices are depressing the stock, it does not mean that the business model is flawed or that accounting practices are suspect.
I guess the real issue is why scrap prices are so low, and whast is the prospect for their rise. Jim?
