Dave,

If you could, I would appreciated it. It was just a request from our attorney. I hope that isn't too much to ask, especially if people find the information useful.

I'm not going to sue anyone or harass them. It is just that we developed the terms, and presentation method and some folk are doing very different (incorrect) calculations and calling them by our trademarks.
