**OT** William, Weider International also took a hit lately. There is a bit of a price war going on but not enough to justify all the blood in the sector. WNI shed about 3% of margin and wrote off some inventory and obsolete facilities that they are consolidating into their new facility but that is not enough to account for the drop. In this market climate, bad news gets a stock clobbered (unless it is an internet darling).
