I received the following email on Friday, Sept 25/98. A copy of this was sent out to all fund contributors and some questions asked. A great majority voted to "go for it". Since then CIMA has been forced to pull out of the trip for the reasons that he has stated below. Toma may not be able to go in October. Then there is today's 8k. ------------------------------------------- To: bijou@ican.net Subject: CIMA trip Date: Fri, 25 Sep 1998 10:40:13 PDT Jim, Please consider this a formal invitation from Sun River Mining. Sun River Mining offers to act as facilitator of logistical support to the CIMA trip for the duration of it's stay in Bolivia. This includes but is not limited to: housing, transportation,Third party introductions to the Cangalli coop., meetings with government officials such as the vice president of Bolivia, mining officials and others. We also offer the chance to view other mining operations in the area. In essence, we offer to help the CIMA group meet it's defined goals for their planned Bolivia trip. Thank you for your consideration, Sun River Mining ----------------------------------------------- Fund contributors can email or PM me but I may not be able to respond to all before the 5th as I will be travelling on business. CIMA has suggested that the trip continue without him and that SWW go with the fund supporting him. SWW can provide credentials. Posting this on MINE and SUNR SI threads, but no time or patience tonight to go to RB so someone else can do that if they wish. SR investors may want to become part of this fund and trip - it's all up to the contributors as to where this goes and what shape and form it takes. Regards, Jim
