Can you tell me, though, what exactly is the lawsuit supposed to accomplish, even in theory? How much, say you, should the lawsuit ask for, and how would it arrive at that amount?

Because. ALA just lost one more potential, future shareholder

Or are you saying this is the point? To try to kill demand for ALA stock?

The TLAB/CIEN situation is a great example of two companies that have stand-up type managers that did not delay giving crucial information to shareholders.

And yet Ciena is getting sued anyway. Can't win!
