No doubt that the Series C conversions have had an effect. It seems to me that Ken stated that these were long terms holders... what happened with that?

I think the implications of this deal are significant... as Ice stated, how many others do we not know about. With FC finally taking off, this adds credibility in the market and in the financial world. No one can ever accused the new regime of hypeing anything.

Fortunatly, it seems that this deal send a message that the company is sensitive to the dilution issue, and validates the technology big time. People have to and will take notice of this.

I agree that this is the biggest announcement since SQNT (and will certainly provide more revenue). Seems that one or two OEM deals with some big players though will render the float issue relatively lees important. I agree though that its too bad that the greedy impatient holders couldn't wait a bit. Maybe now they cool it for a while and allow what shares they hold to catch fire
