BB, my forecast:

What I DO like about this market: has turned around and many important indicators are bullish. Interest rates are low and may be falling further. Mutual fund flows are apparently bottoming and soon to return. Investment sentiment is low as seen in put/call ratios, surveys and other measures.

What I DON'T like about the market: still too pricey, on the short term - this market may be overbought, LNHNL got to 60 (lesser of new highs and new lows) last week and finally, the odd-lot short salers was cut in half from prior weeks value (note: this value is 2 weeks old.)

A lot depends on tomorrow and Tuesday... if we DO continue the rally, it could set the stage for a very strong week! On the other hand, if things are weak we will probably have a choppy week in which we try to retest SOME recent lows.

To summarize: short-term (week) things look nuetral, intermediate (over a month out) bullish and longer term - bearish.

BWDIK?
