Janice I must agree with marcos. This thread is predictable and somewhat boring. I terribly miss the good old days of the MTEI thread: dozens of promoters and small-time hypesters, dozens of supporters and a story that got more unbelievable everyday. These were the good old days.

Yes, perhaps you're right. Certainly my own character development at the time of that post left something to be desired, due to an intense hangover and the brutal stubbing of my toe on a piece of firewood upon arising. We really can never completely separate observer from subject, can we.

But you know, there was a day (and here, like Señor Directo, I consider the June 98 mtei thread to be the Golden Era) when a person could escape their own wretched reality by perusing the voluminous yet perfectly vacuous Light Reading of the works of a multitude of mirthfully misguided mtei-mesmerised messengers messily and mercilessly murdering megabytes with such a healthy disregard for those old tired concepts such as reality and natural law.

This one here lacks a certain je ne sais quoi, imho.
Lots of je ne sais rien, but that's not nearly the same.

No death threats yet, maybe that's it ... <sigh> .... we can only hope ... salud
