Yes they do. By all accounts the iMac was a great launch and it will give Apple it's first quarter to next of growing revenues. However, in all likelihood revenues will still be lower than a year ago. Be assured that the press will highlight this fact.

If revenue growth is around 10%, the stock will surpass $50, otherwise it will just go to $45 or so and test the old highs...

We must remember that Apple at $50 means a P/E of 25.7, which is quite high for a company that is still down in revenues compared to the previous year.

Of course, if Phil's "wildly optimistic, but not quite impossible" projections were to be true, Apple would post year over year increase in revenues and justify a price of $60, but this is unlikely.
