Mr. Forthright Have you found anything out? Something is going on. One fundamental that has changed is the Berlin listing. This should be making a difference. I see some accumulation taking place everyday. Could this be the Europeans starting to pick away at the stock? I have not heard anything about promoters pushing the stock lately. Are you hearing about them through your friends? Who are the promoters? I know you said not to buy but I could not resist these low prices so I averaged down. I have liked this company since I was made aware of it about 5 months ago. I am glad I did average down. Many of my friends that trade are starting to see NPCT move up and are talking about doing the same. I wish they would have averaged down last week like me. Pretty soon we will be back at $3 or more. <S>. Honda
