industrial sector... devices have a life span of 15 years, not like the PC industry. So basically per year only 1/15 of installed base can be exchanged. With overwork only part can be replaced.

Majority has to get by without an upgrade... so have to accomodate

not enough bodies over there... not enough budgetting
