It would be a real shame to see the use of herbs and plant materials in support of human health take a hit in reputation just because some bulletin board hypesters happen to use the herbal-supply business as a vehicle, imho.

Herbs can be extremely effective, I would recommend to anyone to learn about them, to grow and to use them (far better to grow your own, not to mention cheaper). Take manzanilla for example - called 'chamomile' or 'maythen' in Britain - this is what you get if you ask for 'tea' after a meal in México. Very soothing to the stomach and a great aid to digestion, a bit sedative and quite harmless. Easy to grow in any sub-tropical or temperate climate, it's so tough you can walk on it and it just gets more productive. If people used more stuff like this instead of bottled chemical crap from drugstores they would be better off.

But of course, snake oil is not a herb ........ -g- ...... salud
