I think I have a sure fire winner that I would like to share with those of you on this thread, it's PLRP.

Pacel Corp is an operating company with an actual product. This is not a developmental stage company. They are a software company, with a very exciting (and on the shelves) product called "Visual Writer." In short, this software program allows interactive electronic documents to be created without any programming knowledge. The program is currently geared towards the environmental, nuclear, and aerospace industries.

This company is only about 2 months old and has clients like NASA and more. The public float is only 1.8M, and rumor has it that 2 PR's are due, one or both this week. On Monday afternoon, a newsletter.."SuperStocks" is supposed to feature PLRP as one of their picks. This newsletter has a circulation of 60,000 AND does radio spots.

My feeling is that with such a small float, this is going to fly once the word starts getting circulated. It reacts quickly. We were headed up last week, but saw a decline as people ran off to jump on the next moving train rather than wait a few days.

Come check it out and let me know what you think.

The Fed is widely expected to cut interest rates by 25 basis points when it meets on Tuesday, though a 50 point reduction is not considered out of the question.

They might just cut 25 now and later cut another 25 when the Feds meet again in Nov.
