Richard - This is one time that I agree with you. Portfolio managers will stay with the Blue Chips in times like we have now - uncertain world economic conditions, political scandals, etc. It's not so much that the big stocks are better bargains -- it's a matter of liquidity. They can't get in and out of small stocks as easily because the market for them isn't as big. So for now, until market uncertainties change and small stocks gain favor again, they'll stick with the Blue Chips.
