David.........number 2 offers just one lump sum. With option one we can have a lot of fun running the Yeehaw Reg S BB Hedge Fund. We may even end up owning a few companies along the way.
Something to think about: Is it better to get one quick pop, or to be able to create a business that we can pass on to our children ? I believe that you know the answer. Sorry, but you'll have to leave the strategy part to me and come up with some TA to explain what's going on.
