[ AOL, Real Networks(RNWK), and QSound Labs ]

What's the relationship among the above listed names? Well, Real Networks today announced that it has reached an agreement with AOL to distribute its Internet media software through AOL(note that 23.6% rise in RNWK). And guess what happens to be the best seller for add-on components in RNWK's Real Store? Why, the iQ from QSound Labs.

QSound now has a greater exposure to the mass market and an indirect attachment to AOL. It's hard not to be pleased with such an added, albeit indirect, revenue stream like that.

For the technical outlook:

Today's action continues to improve the technical outlook for QSNDF. It is on the verge of breaking out of a three-month downtrend line, and gives strength to the increasing possibility of a completion of the coinciding Double Bottom.

The 89 dma is at 2.215, the short term target after the trend-line hurdle; then, $2.60 for the 9-month upper Channel boundary. In addition, a tinge of bullishness is registering on the proprietary Omega Research Expert Analyst indicator.
