per sitra this is an informal investigation that it is doing now....the SEC that is....
and nobody knows how long they will investigate....its up to them

also if u notice that the volume dried up a couple of weeks ago....about the same time that the SEC starting looking around...

imo that represents the fact that firms stopped allowing the illegal shorting of the stock because it knew the SEC was watching...

also i believe that justice would be served by making the shorts buy in in the open market....think of which way the price would go if many shareholders believed their was a short and held on for the ride up...can u say short squeeze?

Remember...

That the SEC is not investigating the company or the short interest in the stock. They are apparently looking into the practices of
newsletters and, on that score, I hope they find a way to really
make Velmer/SA Advisory sweat, since his announcement was a disturbingly inaccurate mess that caused folks some real pain. If the SEC could clear away the Velmers of the market, we'd all be better off.
