40!!! You baby! But I know what you mean. I got scuba certified at 49 and did the rock climbing at 50. I still go down the slides at Wet n Wild and I know the young people are thinking -"Whoa-look at that old lady!" I really hate getting old-not the aging so much as the implications of restriction. I'm actually a little proud of being 50. When my mother was 50, she was OLD!! So you go for those rapids, and I'll cheer you on! (Would do a cartwheel, but that, I fear, really is in my past.)
