Dave, you also have the Venture Capital investors who backed Cult when he bought Tanner's. And you have the lawyers for the Investor who put up the $6,000,000. Finally, you have the Preferred Investor's lawyers.

So a total of 5 VERY interested parties and their blood-sucking lawyers.

And I agree with the rest of your post. I have seen a lot of foot wounds all over SI. These companies should take an NRA safety class....
