Wow, Charles Krauthammer. An objective and non-partisan observer for sure.

Like O. J. and his classic "absolutely 100 percent not guilty,"

What? I thought we accepted the outcome there. Can't you keep your non-sequiturs straight?

Now it's "oh, everyone knew he was a womanizer, yet they accepted that, and elected him anyway". Yawn.

But it's true. The Democratic competitors were even doing their best to smear on this count, in the '92 primaries. And George Bush didn't exactly give Bill a free ride on the character issue. Of course, up to his neck in Iran/Contra and the S&L mess, I personally found it a bit ironic to hear old George speak on the character issue, but I also find a lot of the profession of Christian love and understanding in this forum ironic too. That's because I'm a partisan hater, I guess.

But Clinton claims that she was the toucher and he the touchee.

So, it is basically down to who touched whom, and whether the breasts were touched directly, or if there was a layer of clothing intervening??!! What a "weighty" question on which to decide whether or not the the leader of the Free World has to be removed from office! Jeez!

Showing all the signs of a truly mature democracy, eh?! ;-) No wonder the Europeans are ROTFLTAO!

Dipy.
