Dear thebeach,

I know Tim doesn't hold shares, because his comments tend to be bias towards the positions he does hold. Tim has bought and sold ASND probably more times than the total of both of our total trading. He is a day trader or a market manipulator. I respect his words, however, I take what he says with careful consideration...hence the double edge sword.

Ideally, Tim would love the LU ASND deal to tank. Why? simple, ASND would freefall as the institutionals pulled there money out of ASND, because they only put it in ASND because of the LU merger. Second, all those schmucks who panic every time Maria Bartiromo sneezes and issues her "two cents" about a "NO DEAL" these idiots dump stock. Tim swoops into the picture buys ASND all the way down from 55ish to 30ish. After the dust clears, ASND goes back to 50 and Tim makes a nice paycheck. Get my drift?

However, if the LU-ASND deal happens, Tim is no worse off, he doesn't hold a position, and he will begin to look for other possible stocks that are being manipulated in a big way.

Good luck,

Next Stop ASND 55-60 by Friday.

Jamie

You are incorrect. During a breakout session at the NN AGM Terry Mathews stated that there are two things against a NN takeout the first is TM (himself) the second is the share price. Terry went further and stated if the second was issue was solved the first would be as well. Bottom line, offer the right number and NN is yours.
Look at the Metro DWDM market and what NN (Cambrian) has, then you might consider NN as a possible takeout by LU.
Regards
Glenn
P.S. I am a NN shareholder and own no ASND. Good luck to all.
