These insiders don't really need to buy stock, anyway. If the company does well (by some miracle), they'll just award themselves multi-million dollar stock options as a reward. Has Osicom put a value on these Gigamux sales? Are we talking about one or two units given away for a buck, or dozens of units worth millions? This recent run-up reminds me of the one several quarters ago when the stock moved from 3 (now equal to 9) to 6 (now equal to 18) in short order, only to be slammed when the company announced terrible quarterly reports. This could just be setting up another round of momentum followers.
