Well for two comparable configured PII-450 machines with 128 MB of SDRAM, I get

CPQ 2739
DELL 2319

I could not get rid of the cheap CPQ printer.

In any event, CPQ is at least 10% more expensive.

CPQ is unbundling the service charges and does not offer exactly the same services for 199. Service is now a profit center.
