They're all pumping as if there's no tomorrow, because if they don't .... there will, indeed, be no tomorrow. The Piper wishes, as is his wont, to be paid. To help the geographically-challenged, you might want to mention the location of Lake Maracaibo. [ VBG ] The relevance of the location will then be more apparent being, as it is, within the aegis of one of the luminaries of [ hahahahaha ] OPEC.
