Globex is up 20 and change DOW points and overseas down 1-2%. I have always had the problem of whether those markets are leading or following or on their own???

I still think the path of least resistance is up.

The radio business reports here (Aus) explain that the bankruptcy of Japan Leasing is proof that the new banking deal is beginning to work or it was some part of getting the deal through. They seem a bit confused.

Globex is up 8 though Europe with the exception of Germany is completely flat.
