Sam: Do you know many politicians who do not [put his own selfish and petty personal interests before those of the country]? I would submit the names of Jimmy Carter, Ronald Reagan, and George Bush as presidents who did NOT put their own selfish and petty interests before those of the country. Only William Clinton has usurped the office for his own gratification at the nation's expense. Can you name any other president who: 1. Has had a series of at least three personal lawyers on the public payroll to help him weasel out of his own personal misdeeds? 2. Invoked every known privilege (and a few unknown ones) to give him immunity from civil suits? 3. Is regularly called a liar by prominent members of his own party? 4. Lied before a federal grand jury about his personal misconduct? 5. Refused to reveal his medical records to the public? (Just what is it he's hiding from us?) 6. Appointed his wife as the head of a national-level task force, accountable to no one for her actions and not even subject to confirmation by a Congress of his own party? 7. Complained so much about "getting back to the nation's business" and yet refusing to hold ANY Cabinet meetings for seven months? RS
