PB : I regret to say not much more than you can see at the URL.

Joel, however, is no longer owned by JCI. Anglo swapped Lonhro for it and JCI then did a deal with Lonhro and, I believe, ended up with money. Joel is now in AngloGold. So the main gold holdings are Randfontein and Western Areas (South Deep). Lindum isn't much to talk about. The remaining mines are very good, although Randfontein is getting old. Unfortunately WAreas is up to it's throat in options and forward sales etc so it's hard to know what it's worth. The share has fallen to +/- 20% of its peak value on the JSE. I see guru Nick is now recommending JCI gold although, previously, he did like Randfontein --- so he must have therefore decided that WAreas offers value.

The brother/father of the Randgold Kebble is the CEO. I am surprised to see that the company is still associated with Anglo. When they originally sold it to Mzi Khumalo they did very well and he nearly went broke. There was a big stink. As you may know, the original large platinum interest in Rusplat went to Anglo ---> Amplats and the industrial interests were hived off as Johnnic.
