LTCM has "unwound" one trade...... The Peseta 6.15% 2013 Bonos, in a size of 20 billion Pesetas. That is why its so cheap now. I will keep thread up to date on other "unwinds", but remember that they had a lot of these positions on against the Bund in the long end, thus I expect more rally in the Bund contract and Cash bunds as well.
For anyone interested in emerging market debt, I hear they are long Greece against the Bund as well, so don't be long Greece. And don't be long Danish mortgage backed securities either.
