woody,

Right now, absolutely nothing! There is not enough information or confirmation of facts. Several things come to mind right off the top, need additional shares to purchase something and due to the share price it is going to take a lot more shares than it would have a few months ago, people that might be thinking about backing us want preferred shares and there are not enough, the one thing that I do not think, is Mr. Chin doing something wrong or underhanded. Again the fear mongers are out in force and the sad part is that they "WILL" scare a lot of folks. They have nothing substantial, no proof of anything, everything they do say goes against what is known today about the company and Mr. Chin's honesty and desire to succeed, yet, they will scare some with nothing but words and shadows. I am down so far now that I will hold to the end. I would rather take a big tax break than scramble to save pennies if things go wrong. I won't be buying anymore (wish I could) because, I am sending any monies that I have to my few vets who left us. I am not selling there shares and am buying them myself, when I pay for them I transfer them into my personal account, that is how much faith I have in what I have learned from my own DD, and from some that I trust. Anyway, hope this answers your questions as best as I can now with nothing to go on.
