You're so perceptive, jlallen. That one was directed to a particular poster on a particular subject. It regarded a deposition that was, according to law, supposed to have been taken in public, as opposed to all Ken Starr's depositions and grand jury proceedings, that were supposed to have been secret. Of course, such subtle distinctions are irrelevant when you got your eye on the prize, and must choose all your "facts" accordingly.
