It would be MHO that the IRS would not have let the Myriad deal go through if the past sins of Famh were not corrected.
"they owed Federal payroll taxes of 460,582, unpaid workman's comp. of 108,000 and accrued penalties and interest of 374,900."
Part of this must have cleaned up in order for the acquisition to go through.
