From what I understood, the spin off occurs after the market closes
on 9/30/98. So, on 10/1 all current shareholders of CSMA will receive
their spin off shares of Enviro-tec and Adhatters. Those spin off
shares aren't necessarily restricted for a FULL (1) year. See post:
www4.techstocks.com

The resultant tradable CSMA, after the spin off, will have very
little value..

What is your definition of "very little value"? .16-.18 is very little value in my opinion. CSMA will still be in business after the spin off. I'm sure they still have a business plan to create revenues on their own without the assistance of the two spin offs.

Why isn't everyone else dumping their shares right now if CSMA will
have no value after the spin off? Probably because they all want the
spin off shares of Enviro-Tec and Adhatters which will be very valuable in the near future.

Everyone has a right to make their own choices regarding selling their
positions in CSMA.

I wish everyone who has held CSMA, at one time or another, all the best.
It hasn't been the most enjoyable ride but in the long run, I believe
if we remain patient, it will all pay off.
