If we figure out the earnings which are .55 for the last 12 months we should see a stock price at least around $150 before the next earnings release. Then after earnings are release we should see a 3-1 split and then the stock will climb back up to $150. Next year this time the company will earn about 1.50 per share. so if they do a 3-1 split the earnings for next summer or fall should put the stock price where we are now at about 118 per share.

Jules,
<<It depends now on how the analysts who follow AOL interpret the results of the SEC ruling>>

By the stock action so far today (up), I'd say the market read AOL's numbers as good, that is, $.23 impacted by a one-time charge for acquired R&D. We'll know that AOL has finally grown up when they use straight up accounting rather than slight-of-hand. Still, AOL's going higher, probably up to at least $140/shr.
Best,
--Steve

we're goin' to 160.
doesn't take much "sophistication" to realize that.
