Note that I have posted only the last 6 weeks of data rather than going back to February 17, 1998. NOTE: The NYSE, OTC, 10WEEK, 30 WEEK, OPTIONS, SEMI'S, and for the first time the Highs and Lows have all reversed up. The SOX has also reversed up breaking a DW double top at 225 from its low of 195. Does this mean that we are continuing to move up in a new bull market? The Tom Dorsey data from yesterdays close appear to suggest we are. What are your observations and opinions after an analysis?
