Not being an American, my background in such things is rather limited. But it seems to me that your constitution's wording ('treason, bribery, and other high crimes and misdemeanors') require that the 'misdemeanors' must be 'high' (otherwise there would be a comma after crimes and no 'and' before 'other') and of similar seriousness to treason and bribery (hence 'other'). Do the present charges qualify?

Tim, are you saying Bill Gates didn't lie under oath? He's really prematurely senile? It's true he can't remember a thing? Oh my, those PR guys are better than I thought, maintaining public perceptions on that one. Makes Reagan's crew look like a bunch of true pikers. Or is that other Bill going to "do the time" also?

12 convictions in 4 years at the federal level. That's how many times perjury has been committed in the federal justice system? What a remarkably honest country we live in.
