Oddly enough, I didn't. Actually I've NEVER heard from Ed. As you can see, they're building suspense by not telling us what the company and its "assets" are.

Nor have they revealed how they plan to pay for this new toy. You're probably right: more stock...

The next obvious step is a fish&chips machine. All painstakingly fresh, y'know. Top of the machine is a big Lucite fish tank. If you use that "interactive screen" technology, you can use a little light pen to spear the one you want.
In Vegas, a popular "value added" feature would be one of those claw thingies that drop down and get a fish - maybe, maybe not.
