I agree Ellen. I think they have already made a commitment to issue these additional shares. Management of the company can pretty much do as they please along these lines. I don't think they are out to screw us because they have shares too. Too much dilution would be bad for everyone. Anyway, I guess all I can say is I asked and that is what I was told and I would appreciate someone else getting some additional information so this does not become a one sided forum. I mean I think I am getting and sharing the straight scoop but I would always advise everyone to do there own due diligence. Please don't just de-lurk, call EVDS.
