hi bob g. the chartists is actually a VERy good newsletter for longterm and has a trading portfolio. the returns are very good (re: hulbert digest) however, as a trader, it lacks TA info on why it bought and no details on support or tgt price tends to hold longer than i want to as well. for mkt direction, i usethe mcclennan mkt report. for picks i use chartist.
