PP, even better, Financing amended Sideware Systems Inc SYD Shares issued 25,915,959 Sep 28 close $0.43 Mon 28 Sept 98 News Release Mr. Owen Jones reports The company has amended the private placement originally announced in Stockwatch Sept. 24, 1998. The company will now issue 1,885,000 special warrants at 26.5 U.S. cents per special warrant. Each special warrant is convertible into one unit comprising one share and one warrant to purchase one additional share for two years at 26.5 U.S. cents per share in the first year and 30.5 U.S. cents in the second. All other terms of the private placement are as originally announced. The proceeds to the company of $499,525 (U.S.) will be used for general working capital.
