PC DOCS GROUP INTERNATIONAL APPOINTS CRAIG WALLACE PRESIDENT OF PC DOCS, INC. Toronto, Canada  September 28, 1998  PC DOCS Group International Inc. (NASDAQ: DOCSF, TSE: DXX), today announced the appointment of Craig Wallace to the position of President & Chief Operating Officer of PC DOCS, Inc., a global leader in document and knowledge management solutions. Wallace was previously President of PC DOCS Group's Internet software division, which will now merge into PC DOCS, Inc. Before coming to PC DOCS Group, Wallace held several notable senior management positions. During his seven-year career at Microsoft Canada, he was a member of the company's executive management team, with posts including National Sales Manager, Director of Marketing and Director of Sales and Marketing for the Enterprise Customer Unit. More recently, Wallace was President and CEO of iSTAR Internet Inc., Canada's leading publicly-traded Internet solutions company, which was acquired by PSINet Inc. earlier this year. Wallace will immediately replace Brian Zanghi, who is leaving PC DOCS Inc.
