Lets think if there would be a logical explanation to this. Hey, I got one! How about if Q publicly claimed that they own IPRs to technology that E is spending billions on to develop (hypothetical case obviously). Would you try to clarify? No?

I'm not trying to prove that E is correct, I dunno. However "proof" that E must be in the wrong because they make counterclaims is worthless to me.
