L. MICHAEL-- the AT&T lawsuit is still UNRESOLVED. AT&T at this date 9/28/98 has a lawsuit pending against FTEL so stating this is a fact not SLANDER-----"-All three can be grounds for lawsuits, IMO, since all three of them
are lies to cause panic". Forest Gump time for l.Michael-- now you sugest that i'm Mr. DeSousa, thanks for the compliment ,but Mr. DeSousa may be insulted!<G> regards john

L Micheal,

To set the record straight, I am not JHP or Valuespec. That is easily verified. So please be my guest and do so.

Are you saying in your post, that frank etal did not sell shares that were registered to sell. ?? The quote I've referenced below is from his statement On Silicon Investor.

>>>>>One last thing I want to share with you: I am still, by a wide margin, the largest shareholder in Franklin Telecom. I have stopped the 144 automatic filings because it has given the impression I was selling stock. I did this because I thought the price would be well over $10 at which point I would have sold a bit. I haven't sold a single share since January<<<<<.

By the way, check the previous SEC filings for ftel, you will see, according to those documents ( unless they are wrong or mistaken )that indeed frank did sell stock.
