The only way to can get back at management is to hold our stock till we get the proxy on the reverse split and vote it down, than sell. Let them eat their own shit.
LET'S FACE IT THEY'RE MANIPULATING THIS STOCK it's obvious; get a good product, get it recognized, then sell it at a low profit margin (they know only) suck in investors, then pull the rug under them i.e. earnings report Spar Q selling hot but at a loss, draw them in again by telling shareholder's next quarter. Bullshit they've already taking profit (down another 1/16 today) and plan to make more after reverse split. We should have tested their mettle and voted down dilution. We still have one ace left let's vote down the reverse split, the split will not save the day for us shareholders, management already sunk the ship they are looking to be the first to bail.

I can't make up my mind. Should I make a call on a pay phone, or buy a share of SYQT stock?

They both cost the same.
