Jens.....The Myriad deal was consummated in April'98. I think Ira fed us this nonsense of consolidation to keep "the delay" ongoing. Myriad should have no bearing on 1997's financials.

Jens: It would seem historical data (1997) could only be shown in its original form, i.e. separate reportings, since the companies were separate.

Following the 1998 acquisition of Myriad, they could reasonably show "pro forma" summaries showing the expected "beneficial" effect of the consolidation (i.e. operating efficiencies)on future operations.

The question will persist on any pro forma, though, (given their "accuracy" track record) of how much credibility should be granted to whatever is "made up".
